Paul Fassbender is currently the Assistant Commissioner for the Policy and Federal Programs Division with the Department of Economic and Community Development with the State of Tennessee.  For the last four years, Paul has served as chief counsel to the U.S. Senator Bob Corker in Washington, DC. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota-Duluth and graduated from law school at Southern Illinois University.  Paul oversees the management of ECD's legislative liaison, federal & state grant programs and energy division.
