Allocation Formula
The DRA-enabling legislation requires the Authority to update distressed county designation annually. The following calculations reflect these updates.

Factors used in determining 2013 Allocation:

The model included factors using 2013 Distressed Counties designations (based on 2010 Per Capita Income from the Bureau of Economic analysis and average unemployment from September 2010 to August 2012 from the Bureau of Labor Statistics.)
